      Hinton Oktoberfest is the Hinton Rotary club's primary annual fundraiser.

      Every dollar of profit from the event goes directly back into local initiatives like:

      • Rotary Movie Presentation Society
      • Hinton Food Bank
      • Dolly Parton Imagination Library for Kids
      • Containers for Clubs
      • Junior Firefighter Program
      • High School Scholarships
      • International support of POLIO Plus and KIVA
      • Donations to families needing medical equipment etc.
      • Rotary Youth Development Camps and exchanges.
      • …and many more

      Your attendance and participation in 50/50 and raffle draws are what keep us going.

      WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!

      This party won’t happen without the dedicated time and effort of a team of volunteers. Please consider whether you can provide help in the following areas:

      • set up of venue
      • food service and “front of house”
      • liquor service and table busing
      • liquor service and cleanup

      We will reward our volunteers with a one-of-a-kind t-shirt and a ticket for one of our delicious brews. Glass steins and food tickets will have to be purchased separately.
